Hi, I placed and order under order id 21357043 on ShopClues.com site. The provided the estimate date of delivery as 3rd and 4th October 2014 however the product is not even dispatched yet. I raised this issue with their customer support many times with them but all the time they only provide me a standard response that the product will be dispatched soon. I asked them provide me the exact date of dispatch but they are also not providing me the same. I have also emailed there grievance email id on 8th Oct however haven’t received any response yet. They are also stating on their response that at this time I cannot cancel the order. I have already paid for this order. Now they are not even delivering the product nor cancelling the order. I am afraid even if they cancel the order the would not refund me by money. They are not providing proper services and I have to suffer from mental agony due their such behavior. Regards Kanchan
