I have purchased TV from shopclues on 08/09/2014 and done payment . They informed me my order is confirmed and given order no 20080043 and send via delhivery. after some days i contacted delivery courier they in formed me that above order no belongs to other person af chennai. I informed this to shopclues but they not responded my call.Yill now i have not received ant consignment. I tried to call shopclues and send them many mail but no positive response received from them.

I want heavy compensation of Rs 500000
