I have purchased 2 nos. of Digital weighing machine. After receiving the products one found Dead on arrival. Even after complaining and repeated calls & mail they are not entertaining the complaint. Now saying it is very old case and do not return the material. It is a must to mention here that After checking the feedback I came to know that vendor cheats its customers intentionally. He asked me 300/- to transfer to his bank account, if I want the material. I denied. Then he sent me a damaged product.

I want maximum possible punishment to the vendor and maximum possible compensation to me.
