Purchased a Laptop battery from Shop Clues on dated : 20th June 2014 against invoice no : om\14-1503959. After using for few day the battery backup start decreasing, and after few day It is found that two cells most probably stops working. Complain the same to shopclues,and to accept the response is good , they lodged the complain and the replacement was approved. Now one courier person come at my given address and asked for the battery and inform me that they will submit the battery to shopclues and after two to three days they will try to deliver the replacement battery. I regreated as with out the battery the laptop is of no use.I inform the shopclues personal Mr Nagendra and earlier to the courier person several time to arrange for a replacement of the battery on hand to hand replacement, as for 2 to 3 days for a working professional it is not possible to keep his laptop down. I was shocked with the way it was denied, by the shpclues personal Mr Nagendra. I was willing to discuss the matter with the senior personal who could have resolved the problem , ut I straight way denied rudely.

I need my battery to be replaced on hand to hand basis and need a confirmation if the problem with the battery arise again, I need my money back.
