my pure-it device not working since last few months and i complained customer care and they are not responding. last complaint on 13 july they said executive will come in 48 hours but nobody came to my home.again i called and they said in 24 hours this process is continue but nobody help me .. they sent me sms that complaint has been attended.. i am so much in trouble my device not working and i purchased it last june and i sent mail also but still no response .. complaint no.c 145971360
i purchased pure-it june 13 and cost 2000 and its not working since last few months..battery replacement charges:500 and servicing charges:75 . after few months its not working and i am calling customer care daily…
