Tata Sky – Signal Unavailable – Service Review

Ref: Subscriber ID 1017691450 This is to inform you that I put my complain for not getting the signal of Tata Sky vide DU24WVN dated 24.06.2014, service engineer came and the disk was placed at different place and it started working, but suddenly after a few hour , the signal was unavailable ins pite of clear weather. Tata Sky person has not taken my signature otherwise I could have written over there only.I was hoping against hope that the signal will come but I could not see the TV , however I got message that your account has been debited Rs 200 .Again on 28th Evening I complained on line by writing the details and again in the morning , I put forth my grievances by online chatting, you can retrieve my online chatting verbatim, wherein I stated whole thing and stated that I could not be further charged.On 29th morning around 12.00 PM, Tata sky person came and reoriented the disk and then the signal came clear. Now I am again charged 150+200 at no fault of mine. This is the deficiency in service from Tata Sky side.I never came across in my life for one mistake people has been punished twice.It is the responsibility of Tata sky to have clear signal.I value that Tata Sky is well managed ethical company but the way I am being cheated has eroded my faith.On my taking up the case, Rs 200 has been credited in my account, but inspite of my complain I could not get the satisfactory reply .The deduction is purely a cheating as neither Tata Sky person has obtained any signature nor any sort of this things has been communicated to me

To get back Rs 150
