Kenwood Food Processor – Faulty product poor service

The interactions with these people cost us money, time and mental calmness. We have been under a constant pressure while using their faulty product from the last year and also during the support we received. It was the worst support we have ever had. It has been a headache for us. Our Rs 9900 went in vain. We could not use the product even once with satisfaction. We have to call these people on our own as they cared to reply only after that. Our precious time was lost and ultimately because of their inefficiency we have to reach to ComplaintBox.

We want complete refund of the product. We want the money we lost due to phone calls. We want monetary compensation for the headache my mother has to suffer (you decide it yourself, but it should not be less than 25,000). My mother’s pain cannot be calculated in terms of money but yes I can fix a minimum amount though. We further want 20,000 as a compensation for maltreating their customers and making fool of them. For our time loss, we want no less than 15,000.
