I Ordered a product for 400 Rs. order # 8200987 on ShopClues .com. They also took 75 Extra for delivery charges(Courier). Its now 40 days & no delivery made. The Customer care is of no use Already wasted around 50rs in making customer care calls to Gurgaon #. They are not cancelling order or have any clue abou tthe shipment. The Tracking # provided is untracable. No progress from their end. Worst online experience ever. I will never shop in Shopclues. This website should be closed/shutdown. They are fooling the public.

Please take immediate action to resolve my problem.
