Hello, This is regarding Surrender of Land-line Connection. Please note the details below. Telephone No – 2640015 Address 16 Ewing, 2nd floor, Pramukh Vihar, Naroli Road, Silvassa 396230 was connected on October 29th 2013 and the same was surrendered on November 20th 2013 for which your department has given an official receipt. I had paid a sum of INR 500 as deposit against the demand note on September 20th 2013 which may please be adjusted towards the outstanding and treat the account closed with effect from the date of surrender.
