Referring to the above mentioned complaint number of Electrolux Refrigerator (EMUM0610130048) please note that one of your engineer who had come to repair the against the complaint no. (EMUM0110130024) has damaged my refrigerator (there is a hole in the freezing compartment with his repairing tool) while repairing against the said complaint and neither has the complaint been resolved.

However the SMS received post his service says the complaint has been resolved. This is something which is not expected by such an international level brand like yours.

I would sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter seriously as I’ve purchased this refrigerator (model & chassis no: ECL314-SH-RFB) on 18-Aug-13 which just over a month. Now since there is more than a service related problem I would request you to kindly replace my refrigerator immediately since this kind if response and service not expected.
