i have ordered “g data 2013 total care” they sent me “g data 2011 total care” along with a pirated cd on which written is g data 2014… i haven’t opened either pack… i requested to replace it & if my ordered product is not available refund me.. but besides complaining it for several times only on 11th day i got a call that’s too asking more time. order number: 8822203 return number: 137679 product: g data total protection 2013 – 1 pc – 1 year reason: wrong item delivered action the merchandise sent me “g data 2011 total care” along with a pirated cd on which written is g data 2014… now after a month & so much conversation for replacement they again sent me “g data 2011 total care”. now i want complete refund.
