Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased F&D F6000U Speaker on 25th Mar 2014. But delivery made on 4th Apr 2014 for F&D F6000 Speaker (this is one step down product- photo attached). Since 04th Apr 2014 I’m struggling for reverse pick up and my money back. Please refer mail correspondence with them and product photo as well.

Dear Sir, I have been mentally harassed by Shopclues.com people. You can refer my call details and emails as attached, each time they say they will resolve the issue but they come up with the different email. I am enclosing the email as well.

I want Refund of my money INR 8932 along with 9% Interest from date of my account deduction i.e 25rd Mar 2014. and product should be picked up by shopclues.
