Hi All, Mobile Nokia Lumia IMI # 3585910 65949063. I bought Nokia Lumia 535/540 Dual sim mobile from shopclues. com recently. The product delivered was defective/damaged/tampered/old. On reaching out for complain they said go to Vendor for warranty. When I went to Microsoft Nokia customer care, I was informed that I have been fooled by shop clues as the product was old which had warrant start date was 23/03/2015 date expired on 23/03/2016 although I bought it On June 18, 2016. The sim was activated on 02/05/2015 for the first time. We are buying Nokia/Microsoft brand mobile but unfortunately we are being cheated. This is a clear cut Cheat and Fraud case from shop clues but they don’t take onus of their fraudulent and unethical activities. This is a serious concern for me now and I have been following up from last few months and all in vein. If my concerns are not resolved asap.I will do the following. 1) File A Cheat and Fraud case in Consumer Court. 2) File a FIR. 3) Will sincerely ask Nokia/Microsoft to put a complete ban and charge shop clues for disrupting and doing illegal and unethical business and shadowing the image of Mobile Giant. 4) Apart from the amount duped around 6,100/- I would file case for compensation for mental harrassment, torture, interest and non-co-operation.
