I have purchase online T-shirt from shopclues ordering medium size. I have received the correct order but when i tried to t-shirt it was too short and does not fit to me. I was surprise as usually i wear Medium size and now medium size is too small. So i raise return request that size is too small need large size so now Shop clues is saying that they have delivered the correct size and product we cannot replace it. My question dont we go to any garment shop and take trial before we purchase? Every brand have different size which always vary. I have few t-shirt which are medium as well large some of them are small but all fits me. So how can i confirm whether the product they showcase me will fit. Now they rejecting. this is not correct completely unfaithful and fraud to customer.

I need a replacement of product with bigger size- Large.
