Tikona – ill-treatment and fraud

i have been facing worst internet speed since september. i repeatedly called and sent email to tikona technical support. but this was never taken seriously. moreover they even tried to misguide me with false information that was subsquently prooved to them by his own technical ground engineer. at first they did not even admit that there is problem. what i got in return till now is fasle promises and hollow assurances. my problem is still not resolved. finally i asked for discontinuation of service and adequate compensation against my losses. it been two weeks they did not act. moreover they sent me sms stating my problem is resolved. there is no proper documentation of complaints filed by user and no centralized system for grievance redressal. every time i called technical support i had to explain the whole story to a completely new guy. moreover they did never provide the promised speed.

a tikona representative came to my house and practically threatened me by saying that they have many ways to recover the amount as i refused to pay the bill because of non compliance of my demands by tikona. i need adequate compensation for the intellectual, financial and psychological losses i suffered during last 50 days along with apology letter for threatening me.
