Dear Sir

I had purchased samsung 40J5100 LED vide order no. 91990799 on 21-05-2016. I had intimated shop clues that the product supplied is wrong product and this LED is not the same as shown in shopclues display. Original LED shows its brand name at the bottom of LED. But in supplied LED brand name is written on the external strip put at the bottom of LED. I was told that the product may be different as shown in display but we provide the product as per product description . Then I pointed the features like sound capture, Screen capture and cricket mode . which are shown in product description are not available in supplied LED. I am continuously requesting them either to replace with original product or refund my amount. But till date they have closed my case two times without any satisfactory reply and again open my case when I tell them the facts.

You are hereby requested to help me either to replace my product with original product or refund my amount
