Sir, I have ordered woodland shoe from your online purchase site by using my credit card on 04.11.2018, and Rs.1737/- has debited from my credit card. Details of my order is Order No.1291587, CC Avenue reference 107465280317, Order Id-107465280317. Since the ordered shoe is not reached to me till date, I tried to get my money back but bank replied me that it is not possible and you contact to merchant. So kindly look in to matter and issue my order or return my money back at the earliest.
