This complaint is in relation to order no. 3358077. In this regard, would like to bring to your notice that i had ordered a mobile phone from www.shopclues.com on 9may 2013. At the time of order,i was informed that i would receive my product with 6 bussiness days. However, till date i have not received any product from their side nor any communication. I also tried reaching them through the customer care number provided at their site, however, i was informed that they dont have any knowledge about product delivery time as there is a labour strike in mumbai and asked me to wait for 6 days. Now after 6days, when i tried reaching them again, i was provided with the same reply. When i asked them to refund my amount, they told me that their is no provision of refund and i should wait for my order.

By all the above misleading, deceitful gesture clearly with the intention of cheating people, on the part of www.shopclues.com, a shopping website, I am seeking your help to get the problem resolved by either delivery of the product or refund of my hard earned money.
