I ordered Dove Breakage Thrpy Cond 75Ml worth Rs. 100 including shipping cost of Rs. 29 on 22nd March from ShopClues Online Shopping. They shipped my order via Shree Maruti courier with awb no. 152587060755 on 26th March. Till date I have not received my order but maruti courier informed them that it has been delivered on 4th April and shopclues updated the status of the same as delivered but from last 3 days I am following up with Maruti courier on 07042597517 and she is saying to deliver it today from last 3 days yet I have not received my product. I have mailed shopclues regarding the same almost about 7 times still I have not received my product and talked to their customer support and they are saying to update me the status in still next 48 hours. I am fed up of taking follow up from both Maruti courier and shopclues.com. I ned my product in next 2 days as I have paid also 29 rS.for shipping charge still I am not getting my product on time and they are wrongly saying that it has been delivered. I want to file a case against shopclues for wrongly updating status of delivered and not giving me my product also for which I have paid prepay of shipping also.
