I purchased a cosmetic product(lakme eyeconic kajal) from shopclues. As the product and packing was different, I enquired with the lakme customer support. Consulting with them i found that the serial number was missing on product which was the important feature of a lakme genuine products.The cosmetic product was packed with banded tobacco cover which gave disgusting odor. This made us uncomfortable to unwrap the parcel.

The product usage is on the sensitive part of the body (eyes). So I dint use the product since I found it to be duplicate. I demand Return my money and compensation .Request to take action to band the website that provide duplicate products, Take action to band duplicate products. .Avoid packing the products with banded product covers(tobacco covers)
