There is no Airtel Mobile connectivity at 4th Floor of my office situated at State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, Head Office, Tilak Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur. I have reminded to company telephonic ally and through their customer care mail id. I have sent around 6-7 mails during last 2 months but my problem is not resolved. My airtel no. is 94133XX970. Please help me to resolve the connectivity problem.

I am working in State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, Head Office, Jaipur. Daily I receive many calls from Govt. of India/RBI/Bank Officials. But due to connectivity problem I am unable to attend these important calls. I request you to please instruct Airtel Company to immediately resolve connectivity problem at my office premises.
