I am having a HDFC Credit Card for last 5 years and the Credit limit of the same was increased from 68000 to 1 lakh Two years back. For last six months due to some financial constrains I am making the Minimum Due amount. At times I am paying Two Months overdue payment. But the payments are being made. But for last 5 Days the so called HDFC collection department team members have made my life Hell. The are calling me not less than 10 items a day from different Mobile Numbers and different people are calling. All of them ask for the same information which was given to the first caller. Despite my information to HDFC Credit Card Department that the payments will be made in the first week of February, and the same has been recorded in my account as well, these cheap tele callers are calling non stop and talking to me rubbish.
They are in fact threatening me and they will send their person to collect the ENTIRE DUE AMOUNT. When I have only Two months amount overdue and an official information has been shared with the HDFC bank, why these third party collection agent will call me in such indecent manner and threaten me like that. They claim to be from HDFC Credit card, but they dont have any update of any information that is being shared with the Bank and the Client. They are treating all the Over due cases and default cases. This is very insulting . I have been called innumerable times by the following people and respective members Meetu 022-33016900 Rupal 022-40549300, Rupal 022-40549300, Meetu 022-40549300, Rita Mishra 022-61396300, Meetu 022-61396300, Jayesh 022-61396300 I lodged a formal complaint with Credit Card department of HDFC but still these collection agents are chasing me and talking rubbish. Please help me in this matter. I am planning to file a Criminal complain against HDFC Credit card for making my life hell for last 6 days.
These Third party members should not call me in future to collect for the money, as they dont have any information about the information between me and my Bank.
