I ordered Casio Edifice watch from shopclues.com (Order Id – 5701599 Date- 07 Aug 2013, 11:22 AM) cost of product was Rs. 4999 After 18 months of purchase when i went to casio service centre, then they told that this watch is not original/genuine. they told that this product is duplicate. I contacted to shopclues.com (customer care) they told me that sir we return within 10 days , and you are calling after 1 year.

Shopclues promises 100% brand new and original product. As a customer how will i verify product originality untill a service provider will confirm that the product is fake. In this regard request you to to take serious action against the duplicate product seller.

I want my money back for that product as well as other economic losses occur in this duration. That makes Rs 4999 the watch cost + Rs. 1000 (interest on the money @ 14%) + Rs. 1200 rupees loss in visiting casio service centre + Rs 300 in calling shopclues customer care . Total = 7500 rupees
