I am ‘syed tajdar amin’ from bangalore. Last month on 11 Jun 2013, i purchased ‘Sony NWZ-B172F 2GB Walkman MP3 Player’ from shophunk.com (online shopping portal). they supposed to deliver item to me in 7-10 days as per their promise. But, they haven’t delivered yet.i am still waiting. they are still unable to deliver it to me. i did so many calls to them and spent so much time. but, still no answer from them. they don’t give any positive response.Each time, they made false promises. Their customer care executive don’t entertain properly.last week, i warned them that if they don’t deliver my item i go to consumer forum. still no response, i think,they don’t even care consumer forum. it is worst service, i have ever seen. very,very bad.
