I had sent a courier(Consignment No B02426966) on Aug 13, 2013 containing Rakhi to my brother Doctor Manoj Kumar Mohanty in Bhilai at the following address.

Plot No 31, Street No 3H,
Rishali, Bhilai. Dist-Durg.
Chhatisgarh-490006.

But to my utter surprise and dismay, I have come to know that Rakhi is yet to be delivered even after Raksha bandhan has come and gone by. When I escalated the matter, I was told the address is not traceable. This is as ridiculous reply as I can get since I have sent Rakhi through your agency to the same address for last few years. Now I am being told that the packet is coming back to me.

I must tell you that due to your lack of sincerity in delivering the courier, I have suffered a lot of of mental agony, for which I deserve to be compensated amply and suitably in terms of money in the interest of justice.

In case I don’t hear anything from you within a fortnight, I would have no choice, but to approach the Bangalore consumer dispute redressal forum for settlement of the case with due costs and damages.
