A few months back, my Samsung Air Conditioner was not cooling the room so we put a complaint at samsung service centre. They came and said the compressor is not working. So they put a new one there but after few days it again went wrong and we complained it again. But this time they came near about 3-4 weeks later they again put a compressor but that too is not working.

Till now we have complain near about 100 times but nothing has been done. Now we don’t know either the compressor was already not working or something else is the problem beyond common man’s apprehension.

Please do something otherwise again we have to give money to them.
