Shoppersstop.com Amount Deducted on failed Transaction

i have made an online purchase from shoppersstop.com on 12 december at 9 pm. my credit card and gift card was charged, however, at the end of the transaction, i received message that order could not be placed, try again later. i have been charged 525 rupees, for which i contacted the customer service at above phone number and email address (estore@shoppersstop.com). i received a reply that i will receive a refund in 7 days, however, its been more than 20 days they are not replying to my emails, nor they are processing the refund. this is a big cheating. when i again called on their phone number, the person said he has no record of emails. i am attaching emails here. my email id is vaibhavkh@gmail.com and the reference number given by shoppersstop is below: (%referencecode%)0292-6587#0000077319#2#1#1(%/referencecode%)

i need the refund for failed transaction and a compensation of 2000 rupees for harassing me over the phone and emails.
