Shopping.indiatimes.com – Galaxy tab broken screen received – Review

We ordered Samsung galaxy Tab 3 T211 with flipcover(Made of E Multi colour Folio Cover for Samsung Galaxy tab 3 T211) with order Id:3003277708 on 9 June, 2014 and paid Rs.15901 through net banking. I received Tab on 11 june 2014 with broken screen. I immediately called shopping.indiatimes for a return. Product was picket from my home by company’s courier,”DELIVERY” with invoice No.”10115621641″. On 14 june 2014, flipcover was also received & I did call back for return of the same the tab was received broken. The customer care executive ensured me that he has generated it’s return. Now despite my repeated requests, shopping.indiatimes.com has refused to return flipcover worth Rs.902 and no refund has been processed for the tab till today. Even today I called up & I was again told that I will receive a callback by evening, which is their usual answer with no result. I am highly disappointed & felt cheated.

Total refund of Rs. 15901(14999 for tab + 902 for flip cover) + Rs 250 for phone calls made by me.
