Hi, I got call from the Shoppingkunj company and I have purchased the gold package from them which includes gifts and a holiday booking voucher. I have told that, when you want to book the holiday call us. I have bought this package on 8th Jan and the validity for this package is 1 year however the holiday voucher provided have validity till Nov 2015 only and I tried to contact shoppingkunj the contact numbers are not working and there is no response from the company. So I have lost approx 7000 rs by paying. Please consider this complaint and let me know what I have to do.
