Short Receipt of Refund order (JP Hydro IPO)

Synopsis Of the case

Dear Sir

My self Vageesh Singh S/O Late Shri N.C.Singh aged about 31 Yr residence of Flat No 202 Saran Vihar Appartment New Pataliputra colony Patna 800023. I have applied for JP Hydro unit vide application no 11599480 for 500(five hundred only) shares dated 28/03/2005.That no shares have been allotted to me.

I have deposited a cheque bearing no 400922 dated 28’th march 2005 of IDBI bank, Ashok Marg Lucknow 226001 of Rs 16000/-(Rs Sixteen thousands only) for the initial allotment of 500 shares.

I have received refund order worth Rs 10000/-(Rs Ten thousand only) through cheque no 601230 dated 12/04/2006 of Standard Chartered Bank 23/25 Mahatma Gandhi Road Fort Mumbai 400001 instead of Rs 16000/-.which I have been deposited. Rs 6000/- (Rupees Six thousands only) is yet to be paid by the Standard Chartered Bank, Karvy Coputershare Private Ltd (Unit- JP HYDRO).

Several requests with regard to above mentioned in writing through various letter, e-mail was made to standard Cratered Bank as well as Karvy computerservice Private Ltd but no action has been taken till date.

Prayer:-

• Payment of Rs 6000/-
• Interest at market rate for the said amount and the period of pendancy.
• Losses due to non payment of the said amount.- Rs 10,000/-
• Compensation due to mental, physical harassment – Rs 10,000/-
• Compensation in lieu of latches in service by the Standard Chartered Bank & Karvy computerservice privete Ltd

Therefore I request you to pass and appropriate order as you think fit.
