I had logged a complaint for slow speed of my Broadband (Customer id: 376448543046). An engineer was sent today (9th Feb) to look into it. But he did come without his own laptop and used my personal laptop to check the fault. He handled my laptop so carelessly that he spoilt the Shift key and now Shift key is not working properly. This is such a case which I can’t take lightly. My laptop is very costly and repairing of this key will be equally costly.
My concern is if an engineer comes to resolve the issue why he doesn’t come with his own laptop? Even if he uses customer’s laptop then why he doesn’t handles it with care?
I request you to please resolve it and get my shift key repaired.
