Dear Sir/mad’m I have been having problem with Sikkim Manipal university ever since i had joined it . This is my 5th sem of Program called B.Com (Management Information systems) ,I had requested for a examination center change from Madiwala to somewhere closeby to where i stay like Rajajinagar,Malleswaram or Corporation since I stay near Yeswanthpur . At the time of joining it was assured to me that I can get any Learning center(L.C) ,Examination center when ever if i wanted to get it changed that too free of cost . Now from past 3 semester I have been having issues with travelling to examination center(E.C) as its too far . During 2nd sem itself I had been requesting for a center change for which they started responding negatively despite the promises made by them at the Time of joining . Finally I had to sternly ask them to change it that’s when during last semester they asked me pay abt rs.1350 extra other than my every semester fee for changing the examination center by ,requesting for a change of Learning center which would automatically change the E.C . My existing learning center confirmed to me that my L.C & E.C change has been done & I’ll be given a E.C near to Vijayanagr during my 4th semester. Irony is I had made the re-registration around 15/03/13 & got the books close to 3 months late after Re-registertion . worst part is I was also given a incorrect book . Which was replaced to me just about a week before my exams . They are bundle of lies since they said I would be given exams little late like around October since books were delayed from their end . But examination was conducted in July itself which resulted in me loosing a good job . Even more worst is I had not been given with a different Examination center after all that had been Done. I had to go through the pain of Travelling for about 5-6 hrs every day just to be able to write examination . Which itself took a lot of my patience . Now After all the pain & suffering I have got the results where I have got low scores all because of the above mentioned reasons . I need internal assessment marks to be given correctly . Also I have not been given the books yet for this 5th semester despite making re-registertion on 8/08/13 & I want to get proper classes this time around . Just to summarize I want them to give compensation for the inconvinience caused with proper marks for my internal assessment for 4th semester & want to get books for 5th semester ASAP & classes aswell
2lakhs as monetary compensation + want them to give proper marks for internal assement for 4th semester coz i have been given only 32-34 out of 60marks despite going trough all this after putting in so much effort
