Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied to SDE(BSNL), Duliajan, Assam for convertion of prepaid mobile connection into post paid by retaining my existing mobile no. 9435690608 on 08.07.2009 and also complied all the formalities but I am sorry to inform you that till date no action has been taken whereas my sim also blocked for 15 days.

Considering the above I am to state that I am no longer interested for post paid connection. Kindly arrange to restore/activate my prepaid sim card with immediate effect as I have lost connectivity to others which creates lot of problem in my life.
