My name is ritesh singh .sir from last 8 days i had been visting idea stores, so that my post paid connection get activated,
But unfortunately no positive response is being delivered to me, although they had collected 500/_rs from me for 2 connection but the sim card is yet not activated and when ever i call the coustomer excutive never picks up the phone,and if he picks up the phone he always creat an excuse infront of me.
Sir i would be very greatful to you if u take some action regarding this as soon as possible or kindly somehow arrange my security deposit back to me…i hope u will reply soon.
