We have approached Sine Pest control after there advt. in news paper. We have paid them cash on 17-Nov-13. We had received 1st service on 18-Nov-13, 1. We requested for Odor-free service and after this service we observed more than seven days dark smell of odor and pest (ants, spider) 2. We informed inferior quality of service immediately to complaint number and person who came for signing contract and collecting money. 3. we had requested for refund and complaint section request for one opportunity to serve. we had given opportunity and person visited on 3-Dec-13. and immediate next day we observed Lizard and ants. 4. we had immediately brought to notice of complaint section via email and phone for inferior quality and requested for refund on 01-Feb-14. 5. after 4 emails and more than 10 calls not refund any amount
1. Refund of Rs.1750/- 2. Penalty for Two man days Loss of time in arranging 3. Cost of Phone calls Rs. 50/- 4. Penalty for suffering with odor and with inferior service
