I have subscribed to Siti broadband internet service via local cable operator UCN. Inspite of paying an advance amt of Rs 2000/= and rental of Rs 450 /= per month, I am facing very poor service quality. Most of the time, Internet remains out of service and support personnel are not available to fix it. Username is “sghosh_ucn”.

The amount of money charged is pretty high but the service quality is poor. Siti support says to contact local cable operator and local cable operator says to contact Siti support. No one feels responsible for solving the problem. I want good quality of service or refunding of advance amount paid for subscription. It seems govt. regulatory does not have much control on such issues and customers suffer in the end.
