Size Replacement of Womens Top Refused by Jabong.com

My name is Varun Dhir and I stay in Noida, U.P. I want to complain against one of the biggest E-commerce Website Jabong.com. They are just fooling the consumers. I ordered a Women’s top for my friend on 31st December 2012, order number was: 121231613369736 . It got delivered on 1st January 2013 and when my friend tried it, it was little small to her, so now she wants a bigger size in that. I ordered a Medium size and she needs a Large size. So just for this small thing I wasted my 30 min. call on the 2nd Jan. 2013 with their customer service executive and she mentioned that their is no provision of replacing the size after the delivery has been done. So she suggested me that the only was out is to raise a refund request. But then she told me that the refund will be only done for the amount of the top not for the shipping charges which I have paid i.e Rs. 99. i don’t understand why i need to pay for the shipping charges when I don’t have the product with me. I don’t even want to make the refund of the product i just wanted to change the size. This was my first experience on Jabong and i’ll say it was the worst experience. They should need to understand that their delivery policy says that product will be delivered in 2-5 working days and a customer can’t be 24×7 available for taking the delivery of the product. And I don’t understand what kind of E-Commerce portal is this when I only want to replace the size of the product from a e-commerce website who sells clothing and the customer can’t even get the size replaced. So what i want here is that either I should get the size replaced and if these guys can’t do it then just refund the complete amount to me (including the shipping charges as well). I have also registered a complaint regarding this with the customer care executive regarding this and the complaint number is : 140814 Please help me fight this case against Jabong.com since they are actually fooling customers. So what I want here is that either I should get the size replaced and if these guys can’t do it then just refund the complete amount to me (including the shipping charges as well).
