Respected Sir / Mam I have A skoda Laura Registered number GJ 5 CE 5574. Recently a week ago i have decided to send my laura for the service at Skoda Service Centre Surat and changes of spare parts if required. there for we decided to take an appointment. so we have made a call and spoke to mr shrikant and ask him to give us the appointment for the service. he has told us now they are too busy they cant give me any appointment now but we can bring the car after 3 days and make a call before send the car. so we has done the same we has send the car after 3 day then we told mr shrikant please do check what is a necessary for the service and give us the estimate cost so we can proceed. so he told us that just to check and give us the estimate also they are charging some amount. so we has told them how can you charge us the amount before service please give us the estimate and then we can proceed but he never listen to us and he did what he wanted to. he has left our car over there for 2 days and then after making too much he did the service and changed the required spares. but their behavior was too much rude.and when we took the delivery of car we found the car was scratched all over. when i have given my car for service there was no scratch on my car but while taking delivery after service the car was fully scratched. and its looking too bad. when we spoke to shrikant he was started argue with us and told us to do service out side next time. it was too much rude behave and very arrogant. i wanted to know from skoda Surat is this a service are you providing the customers. there is bad behaviour and worst service. infarct my car is totally mesh
i want skoda laura to apologize for the behavior of their representative and either repaint my whole car for free or give me the compensation for my lost and west of time
