Tata Sky – No transparency and sell personal data

i placed order for relocation on 27th july online . nobody contacted me in 24 hrs as per promise. i got sms that my request is on hold on 28th july.on 31st july 2013 person called me standing nearby my residence and told me that dish cant be installed in my building as there is no permission.however such issue is not present. engineer came again on 3rd august without wire and asked for cash payment OF RS 200 AND RS 500 FOR WIRE .

I am here to get assurance letter from TATA SKY that my data is safe and i want them to provide chat transcripts for chat sessions as it shows they don’t want people to use communication records for any further course of action. They should take strict cation against such people who are visiting premises of customers asking for cash money
