I had booked Skoda Rapid Elegance ,BlackPackage- car in 10th November, 2014 After giving an advance (down-payment) of Rs. 50,000 began the waiting period for the delivery! The local dealer at Ernakulam (Marikar Motors) confirmed the delivery within 40 days (ie latestby20-12-2014) and now they are telling this one is out of stock with the Skoda Aurangabad and may get delivered by 3rd week of January only kindly clarify the situation and provide me with a firm date for delivery. Being a Premium Car manufacturer from the West, you should have top of the lie customer care process and not just taking the Indian consumer for granted.
