hired Studio Sky color lab, Patna for Photography and Videography for my Elder Brother’s Marriage ceremony and Reception from 28th April to 1st Of May 2013.I meet Studio owner Mr Ajay Kumar and submitted Rs. 10000 as advance and then another 10000 through online transfer. And after reception party I paid rest of amount Rs.25000 through credit card. Studio have to provide me 1. Video DVD of Original 2. Video DVD after mixing 3. 200 still photographs ( 5*4 size) 4. Photo Book Album ( Main Album) 5. Soft-copy of still photographs All these in HD Quality. After paying full amount they starts ignoring my call. Lots of call and chase after 2 month, he came to my house and handover 1. Video DVD original 2. Video DVD Mix 3. 200 photographs, ( not HD quality) and promised to give all rest of items that is Soft-Copy and the Main album within 3 days. But after almost two week I again called Mr. Ajay, he said he is out of station and he will let me know if album is ready or not. And next morning he called me back and said that it will be deliver in next 3-4 days. But as usual no response after that. On 16th of July My elder brother went to Studio but Mr. Ajay was not in his studio ,person seating there make a call to him and my brother speak with him. He said his daughter is ill so he will deliver all items in next week. But still not received any thing from him. I again started to contact him but all time he disconnects my calls and then switched off his cell. I send sms, but not received any reply from him. I am working in Delhi and my brother is working in Pune. My home town is Patna where marriage was held. Below are details of Studio.
