Sir I have purchased smart c7+android mobile 2.3 from Starcj Alive vide bill no.201312070540 dt.07.12.2013 (order no.20131206044082).this mobile set rec.me dated 10.12.2013. When i use this set after 4-5days hanging problem I am unable to use this set as it is totally out of order.Smart c7 mobile damage set already received you.(Attached your rec.mail from support@nakamichiindia.com and my complaint no.13678).I don’t use this set pl.collect other mobile accessories(charger,earphone,USB cable) So you are requested to please refund my money amt.3990/-otherwise i am going to consumer court.Please credit my amt.3990/-in Oriental Bank of Commerce Branch Jalandhar City(Punjab)(OBC Bank)A/c No.04032151022255.

So i request you again don’t wast my more time and refund me money. Pl.do the needful and confirm at the earliest.I hope the favourable response from your side.
