I bought a mobile phone from Snap Deal, they confirmed my order and took money from my credit card. I received confirmation sms for delivering the product on 28 august 2014, but later on I came to know that, this order has been canceled, because they have mentioned the rate incorrectly on website, but this was not the case actually, I can see the same rate of same mobile after 3 days of my order….. I suffered a lot because of their mistake, Please take action. I have raised a complaint on phone and complaint number is 8856892. my mobile number is 9582337XXX

I need compensation for this order cancellation. They should give this phone free now, I have suffered a lot because of them, I ordered this phone for someone. I can see the same rate of same mobile after 3 days of my order…..
