SnapDeal – After 12 days of reciveing my product company is not provideing refund

On 24.09.13 I ordered Incense Black Printed Polyester Shirt from Snapdeal.com. and I received a parcel from there seller INCENSE FASSION and there address is E-172 main market, Kamla nager, New delhi 110007. When I opened the product I found they send me a wrong product. So as per the process I lodge a complaint regarding the wrong product delivery and my complain no. was 3374489. Then told me to send the product the Mr. Hari Singh, 240 Ground Floor,Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III, New Delhi 110020. So I sent the product to them on their mentioned address through overnite express and tracking no. is 7553926833. After sending the product I called then 2 days later. Then they said they have no information about the delivery so that need 48 hrs. of time to track the product whether it was showing overnite express online tracking report it has delivered on 3.10.13. As per them I have waited 48 hrs. again and called them, then they said it has not tracked yet. So they asked for the scan copy of the overnite express bill and I send that along with receiver’s signed copy which I arranged from overnite express. They said they need time after. Now after waiting 12 days when I called them they for my refund they bluffing me that they did received any product from overnite express. They also they will not provide refund.

I need all money back in cash what I invested through out this fake refund process on this untrusted brand.
