Hi booked the ticketed through online bus booking portal named” Travelyaari.com”. When I reached the bus stand, but got cancelled and bus represtative told refund will be deposited in our account with 7 working days. however its been more then 5 month, I have not received the refund. I have been following up with this operator since May but no result. Also they unable provide any time frame for refund. pls find the details below for journey.
