SnapDeal – An Undelivered product disbelief than in dissatisfaction

am writing this mail in more of disbelief than in dissatisfaction, though my dissatisfaction too doesn’t know any bounds. The story starts from 22 September when I placed an order of a pair of black formal shoes through Sanpdeal.com with advance payment of 699 Rs. I was promised a delivery date of 27th September. But I didn’t received my product on 27th. I thought that there can be some operational delay. On 1st October I received a system generated mail from Bluedart couriers apologizing for the delay in delivery of my product and a promise to deliver it asap. On 4th October I received a SMS from Snapdeal saying that my product has been delivered to me. As there was no delivery of product took place, I contacted Snapdeal’s help desk team and reported about the issue. They asked me to wait for 48 hours to get to a proper resolution, but I didn’t received even a message from Snapdeal, keep aside a resolution. From 4th October I have made calls on almost every working day about the status of my problem and every time I received the same message that “we are working on your request and will surely give a call back to you and notify you through email, by the evening” but no such promise has been fulfilled. On 11th October, being fed up with this prototypical response , I requested the customer care executive to a senior person, on this I was connected to Mr. Mrinal. Mrinal promised me a resolution till the coming Monday that is 14th October. But unfortunately I didn’t get any resolution on 14th as well. So on 15th I again made a call to Sanpdeal support. Being greeted with the same stale response I again requested to connect me to Mrinal, I was told that he is not available. Then on my repetitive requests, the customer care executive connected me to a supervisor named Saurav. I related the whole incidence to him but unfortunately he was again asking for another evening time that is 5:30 of 15th October. Noting that it was already around 2 pm, I asked him to provide a solution on the call itself and agreed to stay on call for an hour also, if needed. He said he needs at least evening’s time. I asked him to connect me with his senior. On this, after a hold time of around 5-10 minutes I was connected to Ms Kaushal, I again related my problem to her and she asked me to hold for another minute, but the torture didn’t stopped here she kept me hold for the rest of the call. I kept the call going for another 15 minutes but she didn’t returned. On this I kept this call active in hope of her return and made another call from my colleagues phone and asked to the customer care executive to connect me to Ms. Kaushal. The customer care executive (a Lady) told me that Ms. Kaushal is not at her floor, completely burn up I asked her to connect me to Kaushal’s senior, she said that she will connect me to Mr. Venkat Srinivasan but at the same time she said that the call might get dropped due to technical issues (that I suppose was a hoax based upon
