Snapdeal atrocity in returning a product

I bought a Lenovo tab 2 tablet for my father-in-law who is 87 year old, to see old songs and movies from youtube, as his birthday, it was deliver with quality issues, i rported it to snapdeal on Jan 19th, reacived product on 18th jan . i told them you have give me a quality defect product, please do return , they are denying it now , why i am preferring a online shopping with snapdeal , it’s beacuse of their 7 days easy return policy , now my gift is not working, how my father-n-law would have felt about it,inspite of providing a defect product ,they are not ready to do reverse pick up . asking me to visit lenova service center , how i can ask my 87 year old father-in-law to go to service center to get this fixed and also i felt like humanity is gone toss, more frustrated thing is one person sitting from delhi saying product is good and there is no issues at all, how ridiculous is it. frustration frustration frustration frustration felt like why i did buy with snapdeal, i have not excperienced anything like so far with any other ekart services. i am adressing here , i need a resolution, i want snapdeal to fix this issue, either by replace a new product/ return my money.
