SnapDeal – brand is faulty but they are not able to repair

Dears I purchased IBALL SLIDE 3G Q1035 online few days back with snapdeal.com. The brand is faulty but they are not able to repair but saying it is working. As per Snapdeal online 100% money back TRUST Pay i asked them to replace with other brand or cash back now they are saying we have brand policy no money back or replace for electronics, use the product which snapdeal sending back.The main thing is that, they are manipulating on web with big banner 100% money back and in small word brand policy applied and brand policy not published on their web or send along with product. They are trapping the customer after customer buying they are not solving problem or money back kindly go their web and see. How they are playing with customers http://www.snapdeal.com/info/TrustPay

I have no trust on Iball product i want replace with other product or cash back. And avoid such a tricky things from their web.
