I recently ordered an phone from Snapdeal with the order no 1996067694,which was delivered on 26th April 2014 but to my shock when I got the product the camera quality was not good as the company was claiming the quality of the camera to be 8 Megapixels but the phone was not even giving camera quality of 3 Megapixels, hence when I called them and told them that I need this product to be returned as I am not happy with the product. But they are insiting me to contact the vendor. This is a harrassment for me as a consumer and if they are showing the camera quality to be 8 mp then it has to be 8 mp rather then getting 3 mp camera quality. when I placed the order via snapdeal I saw the product features as 8 megapixels hence i placed the order and now f I am not getting the same why should I keep the product. Also my existing phone which is 5 mp gives me better pic quality. All I need a refund from Snapdeal

I need the product to be taken back its already packed from the same day when i GOT IT DELIVERED. I also need a compensation for the harrasment that the company had made despite of being a regular customer.
