I had placed order no YBH5375186,123-GOLD-GRN-145-SHINNY-BLKFloyd pair of goggles, as the quality of product not good I had returned the product on 09/04/2014 via Blue Dart courier way bill no 14156532014.Since then I had exchanged sever mails but not received any response except a mail saying” A ticket has created we will get back to you in 2 working days” the telephone nos given by them is not reachable at all.Only contact with them is support@yebhi.com

This is has resulted in loss of Rs.699.which was paid through online banking.not received the refund as on today 29.April 2014 at 2.10PM
